Basf names heinz to head : Michael Heinz

Michael Heinz, the current head of BASF’s crop protection division, has been appointed head of the global Ciba integration team as of February 1, 2009. Heinz will be succeeded by Markus Heldt who is currently responsible for the company’s crop protection business in North America.
Heinz has held a number of positions in fine chemicals and crop protection in North, South and Central America since joining BASF in 1987. In 1999, he was appointed general
