The Powder Coatings Institute (PCI) has named Rodger Talbert technical director. Talbert will act as the technical liaison between PCI and the marketplace, focusing on training and education. With more than 30 years of experience in the coatings industry, he will be able to offer technical guidance, market research, training, coating evaluation and testing.
