Cytec offers modified UV epoxy acrylate for metal coatings
Cytec Industries Inc. has launched the Ebecryl 3300 resin, a new modified UV epoxy acrylate for metal coatings. UV/EB curable coatings containing the Ebecryl 3300 resin demonstrate high reactivity, good adhesion to metal, balanced hardness and flexibility, and superior chemical and corrosion resistance, according to the company. Recommended applications for Ebecryl 33000 include clear and pigmented coatings for metal pipe and tubing, along with other general industrial metal coatings.
