Sherwin-Williams has added a Surfacer and Color System to its Sher-wood Kem Aqua Plus offerings, which initially included only a Clear variety. With the introduction of these latest finishes, Sherwin-Williams Chemical Coatings now offers a complete water reducible system for wood finishers. Sherwood Kem Aqua Plus Color System is a pigmented system featuring improved resistance to yellowing, fast build and hide in a wide range of color options. Sherwood Kem Aqua Plus Surfacer offers improved filling properties and better hiding and sanding capabilities, and also is available in a wide range of base colors. Sherwood Kem Aqua Plus Clear is a low-VOC, HAPS-free, urea formaldehyde-free self-sealing finish that contains a UV absorber to reduce damage and discoloration caused by sunlight. Sher-Wood Kem Aqua Plus products are ideal for finishing furniture, kitchen cabinetry, store fixtures and displays, architectural woodwork and novelty items and meet Sherwin-Williams’ GreenSure requirements.
