Glasurit, a BASF Coatings paint brand, recently opened its first Refinish Competence Centre (RCC) for automotive refinish products in France in the city of Montataire. In the future, Glasurit will train nearly 400 customers and trainers at the new center on an area of 600 square meters. The opening brings the total number of Glasurit automotive refinishing training centers throughout the world to 36. The new RCC is located in the Marches de l’Oise industrial park. At the new center, customers will learn how to operate their bodyshops more quickly and efficiently and at a higher level of quality. The RCC features two different workshops, two spraybooths, two prep bays, a room with infrared, a spectrophotometer and a paint mixing area, as well as two classrooms.
