Cytec Industries’ board of directors has elected William Wood as a corporate officer effective immediately in addition to his existing roles as president, Cytec Engineered Materials and a member of the executive leadership team. Wood has held various commercial, operations and general management roles across Engineered Materials in the U.S. and Europe. He came to Cytec as part of the Fiberite acquisition in 1997.
