Valspar Elects Cook to Board of Directors

The Valspar Corporation has elected William M. Cook to its board of directors. He will also serve on Valspar’s compensation committee. Cook is chairman of the board, president and CEO of Donaldson Company Inc. and is also a director of IDEX Corporation
