The board of executive directors of BASF has made a number of changes in its management team. Jacques Delmoitiez, currently president of BASF’s Polyurethanes division located in Brussels, Belgium, will become president of BASF’s regional division Europe, located in Ludwigshafen, Germany effective October 1. The current president, Walter Seufert is retiring. Wayne T. Smith, currently president of BASF’s Catalysts division located in Iselin, New Jersey, will take over responsibilities for the Polyurethanes division. Frank A. Bozich will become head of the Catalysts division.
