PPG Industries has been granted a patent for a method for making an organic dispersion of polymer-enclosed particles from an aqueous dispersion of the polymer-enclosed particles in a continuous phase that is an aqueous medium, comprised of diluting the aqueous dispersion of the polymer-enclosed particles with a water miscible organic solvent in an amount sufficient to produce a dispersion wherein the continuous phase is comprised of a predominantly organic solvent.
