Arkema Inc. has obtained a patent for an aqueous-based flexible roof coating composition comprised of an aqueous dispersion of an acrylic-modified fluoropolymer (AMF) having a weight average molecular weight of greater than 100,000, applied on top of a flexible roof substrate, wherein AMF is prepared by fluoropolymer seed polymerization process.
