Emerald Polymer Additives names Broadhurst general manager of polymer additives and nitrile latex product lines

Emerald Polymer Additives, a division of Emerald Performance Materials, has named William Broadhurst as general manager of its polymer additives and nitrile latex product lines. In this role, Broadhurst will lead the two businesses and will be responsible for sales, marketing and product line management. He will work closely with operations and research and development to help the business achieve its growth and profitability goals.

Previously Broadhurst served as president and CFO of Partners in Plastics, a manufacturer of blow-molded plastic products in Ohio. He also served in a variety of business and operations leadership roles at The Reserve Group, The Oak Rubber Company, Pacific Great Lakes Company, DeKalb Corporation and Firestone Tire and Rubber Company.

Broadhurst has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and English from The University of Akron and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
