KGaA has obtained a patent for an agent for coloring keratinic fibers comprised of at least one particulate component having a particle core containing at least one oxidation dye precursor product and a casing surrounding the core,  wherein the casing is comprised of at least one encapsulation material chosen from homo- and/or copolymers of methacrylic acid and/or of methacrylic acid esters (methacrylates), and/or homo- and/or copolymers of vinyl acetate, and at least one release agent.
