Orion Engineered Carbons LLC increased prices for domestically produced carbon black and pigment preparations Corasol, Derussol and Tack by $0.15/lb for deliveries to the Americas. Imported pigment prices increased by up to nine percent depending on grade. The price increases became effective for all deliveries as of May 1, 2012.
