Aakash Chemicals recognized by Inc. Magazine two years in a row

Aakash Chemicals has once again been named as one of Inc. Magazine’s “Fastest Growing Private Companies in America."  As an honoree in 2011 and now a repeat honoree in 2012, Aakash Chemicals continues to grow at a rapid pace. Aakash Chemicals is especially honored by this year’s award because it is almost impossible to sustain the year on year growth that is required to make this list 2 years in a row.

According to the company, the continued high pace growth from 2011-2012 came from a larger global validation of Aakash’s existing product line (organic pigments, amide waxes, ketonic /PVB resins, specialty dyes) as sales expanded quickly into South America, Europe, and Asia, complimented by strong sales in North America.  Aakash Chemicals proved to be a reliable, cost competitive and technical service oriented company that the global paint, ink, and plastics customers identified as a good partner and fit to their business platform. Their customer focus centers on both regional and global customers.  As fears of a dismal economic outlook were announced, Aakash Chemicals went in the opposite direction and tripled their working capital spent towards maintaining global inventories. Finally, they added a line of FD&C Dyes (FDA Approved), Nylon Resins, and opened a new pigment dispersion plant in Savannah, GA.
