R.E. Carroll, Inc. announced its partnership to distribute Troy Corporation’s line of paint additives in the Mid-Atlantic and New England states (Maine- Virginia). This includes their lines of defoamers, dispersants, rheology modifiers, wetting agents and powder coating additives.
