R.E. Carroll Inc. Hires Rachel Lerner as HSE/QA Assistant

R.E. Carroll Inc. has announced the addition of Rachel Lerner to its Health/Safety/Environmental/Quality Assurance management team. Rachel will be assisting John Boruta with all items related to Health, Safety Environmental & QA at R.E. Carroll Inc.

Rachel Lerner recently joined R.E. Carroll, Inc.’s Health/Safety/Environmental/Quality Assurance management team after many years as a senior technical loss control consultant with insurance giant AIG’s specialty commercial/industrial division.  She has broad and diverse experience with multiple aspects of the chemical industry including manufacturing, distribution, transportation, and industrial end use, the company says. 

Rachel was previously an environmental health and safety consultant performing oversight for the U.S. EPA’s Superfund program and the City of New York’s Route 9A Reconstruction project, along with stints in an environmental testing laboratory and multiple site assessment and remediation projects in the Mid-Atlantic and New England states. She graduated with degrees in Geology and Astronomy from Boston University and is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager, Certified Professional Environmental Auditor, and BCSP Occupational Health and Safety Technician.
