Here is Coatings World’s weekly recap—the most viewed news stories on our site for the week ending Dec. 6, 2024.

This week’s two most read stories were PPG’s and American Industrial Partners’ (AIP) respective announcements of the completion of AIP’s acquisition of PPG’s architectural paint business in the US and Canada. My blog on PPG and Sudarshan-Heubach news driving M&A and layoffs was the third most read, followed by PPG announcing its 50th order for electrostatic marine coating applications in fourth and AkzoNobel installing its hydrogen-powered spray booth at its new automotive training center in fifth.
