Axalta Named a 2025 General Motors Supplier of the Year

Axalta has been recognized by General Motors as a 2025 Supplier of the Year. GM celebrated honorees during its 34th annual Supplier of the Year awards ceremony in Austin, Texas. 

“We’re honored to once again be named a General Motors Supplier of the Year,” said Hadi Awada, President, Global Mobility Coatings, Axalta. “This award is a testament to our strong partnership with GM. I’d especially like to recognize our team in Brazil for the role they played in this achievement. Across Axalta and together with GM, we’re continuing to provide advanced technologies that support the quality and reliability expected by global consumers.” 

GM recognized 103 suppliers spanning 14 countries. These suppliers deliver outstanding performance, partnership and innovation in support of GM’s global operations.  Awardees are selected by a global GM team based on performance across key categories such as safety, innovation, execution, resilience and customer support, along with their alignment to GM’s core values and strategic priorities.
