Gemini Industries Acquires Industrial Coating Solutions

Gemini Industries, Inc., an employee-owned leading manufacturer of innovative wood coating solutions, acquired Industrial Coating Solutions (ICS) in Vancouver, Washington.

This acquisition expands Gemini’s footprint to 8 strategic administration, distribution, manufacturing, and supply locations across the United States, particularly in the Pacific Northwest.

ICS is an industrial wood coatings distributor, incorporated in 2007 with a mission to help customers make wood finishing profitable. Known for incorporating European products and applications into large, automated finish lines, ICS was also an early adopter of water-based systems and continues to specialize in them today.

Headquartered in El Reno, Oklahoma, Gemini Industries, Inc. has over 60 years of experience in developing innovative wood coatings for distributors, professional wood finishers, and consumers. The brand family offers a complete line of wood finishing products and support materials for interior and exterior applications as well as real wood flooring.
