Mäder Group Recognized Among France’s Best Managed Companies

Mäder Group has been named one of the 49 French companies awarded Deloitte France’s 2026 Best Managed Companies label.

Headquartered in Villeneuve d’Ascq, in the Hauts-de-France region, Mäder Group has established itself over the past 30 years as an internationally recognized mid-sized company. Today, the Group employs 700 people worldwide and holds a leading position in the industrial coatings and composites sector, particularly for mobility markets. This distinction recognizes not only the Group’s overall performance but also its ability to combine strong local roots with international ambition.

Launched in France in 2021, the Best Managed Companies program, founded by Deloitte Canada more than 30 years ago, has become a globally recognized benchmark. It is now present in more than 46 countries and brings together over 1,300 companies worldwide. In France, the program notably recognizes leading mid-sized companies that embody the strength and expertise of the French economic landscape.

The label rewards privately owned companies for excellence in management and overall business performance through a rigorous assessment process based on four key criteria: strategy; capabilities and innovation; culture and commitment; and governance and financial performance. This evaluation framework provides a comprehensive and in-depth assessment of management quality and organizational resilience.

For Mäder Group, this recognition reflects the clarity of its strategic direction, as reaffirmed in its Ë-Volve 2030 transformation plan.
