JR Motorsport’s No. 9 Axalta Chevrolet added a new sponsor.
ETAS Metal Roof & Wall Systems’ logo will be featured on the car’s hood, Axalta announced Thursday.
Driver William Bryon, 19, was slated to compete in Friday's NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Bristol Motor Speedway.
ETAS manufactures painted coil products and pre-engineered metal buildings.
According to the company’s Chief Operations Officer, Josh Deen, ETAS is relocating to a 130,000-square-foot facility – with liquid spray capabilities – in Mineola, Texas.
ETAS bought Mineola Pipe and Steel, a fabrication company, and a shop, Lake Country Machine, which is also located in the municipality.
“Sponsoring the No. 9 Axalta Chevrolet is a great way to celebrate our relocation to a new site with added capacity which fuels our overall growth as a metal building manufacturer,” said Deen.
