Ardleigh Minerals, a full-service industrial recycling company for the aerospace, automotive and catalyst industries, announces that Allen S. Wass has been hired as the director of operations.
As the director of operations, Wass assumes operational and administrative leadership duties involved with the operations of both the Beachwood and new Euclid facility. He will oversee Ardleigh’s expansion plans and implement new processes in support of the company’s growing aeronautical, blast media and filter programs.”
Wass previously worked as the president of Sanford Rose Associates, an executive search firm partnering with companies in the specialty materials markets. He spent ten years in various leadership roles, including plant manager for General Electric Lighting.
