Accessed from mulehide.com via secure login and designed with contractors’ needs in mind, the portal offers a variety of features that significantly streamline processes and reduce the potential for errors, including:

• A dashboard that flags items requiring the contractor’s attention and includes a clickable list of all active projects, giving the contractor easy access to complete project details.
• Real-time email updates and project reminders.
• Complete digital project management – including applications, design reviews, photos, inspection reports, contractor signoffs on inspections, and contractor confirmations that required repairs have been made – to reduce delays and ensure the warranty process proceeds smoothly.
• An intuitive online application tool that speeds up the design review process, eliminates guesswork and reduces errors.
