Sheboygan Paint Company announced that Todd McPhail and Mathew Rice have joined the company as regional sales managers. In this role, they will be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and managing key accounts in their respective territories.
McPhail and Rice will work closely with the technical service team to promote the company’s Customerization service philosophy: Provide precisely what customers need through innovation, service and industry expertise.
McPhail will work with current and prospective customers in the Upper Midwest territory. With more than 20 years’ experience in the industrial coatings industry, he brings strong leadership and relationship-building skills to the role.
Rice will manage customer relationships in the Southeast Territory. He has extensive experience in operations and sales leadership, having worked at regional and international paint companies over the past decade.
