Cetec, a leading provider of industrial painting equipment, is closing 2024 with a 25% increase in revenue and sales volume, surpassing the milestone of 900 units sold.
The year's highlights were the Tecplus 8 and Tecplus X electrostatic powder coating lines and booth and oven systems, driven by the rising demand from the aluminum profile, storage, and metal-mechanical industries.
According to Eduardo Cernic, CEO of Cetec, this positive performance resulted from a series of strategic factors.
"We strengthened our production structure by expanding our assembly line, invested in technical support as a competitive differentiator, and focused heavily on customer retention. In addition, our sales and marketing departments played a crucial role, with new customer acquisition growing by 24% over the year," Cernic said.
For 2025, Cetec aims to maintain the same growth rate observed in 2024, especially after signing an agreement a few weeks ago with Dürr, a German multinational specializing in complete paint shop systems.
Under the partnership, Cetec becomes the official distributor of Dürr's products in Brazil, expanding its portfolio to include industrial liquid coating solutions across various sectors, excluding automotive applications.
"The synergy with Dürr will also allow us to offer even more comprehensive and innovative solutions, increasing our customers' competitiveness," Cernic concluded.
