Since its beginnings as a small lab in 1917, Industrias Titan, Barcelona, has become a leader in paints, industrial and marine coatings, and colors for fine arts and handicrafts. Titan’s modern manufacturing plants in Europe have the capacity to produce more than 50,000 tons of products annually. Titan has additional manufacturing plants in Seville, Canary Islands (Gran Canaria), Porto (Portugal) and Tangier (Morocco). The warehouses, laboratories and offices combined cover 130,000 square meters in El Prat de Llobregat. Titan exports more than 10% of its production to a variety of countries, including China, Cuba, Cyprus and Algeria, and the company is focusing on low VOC and water-based products in accordance with EU regulations.

It has fourteen commercial delegations, six production plants in Spain, one in Portugal and one in Morocco. In recent years Industrias Titan has focused its efforts on making its products more environmental friendly, right through from product conception to the end user stage. Many of its products have been awarded with the European Ecological Label.
