Sika Automotive Commissions New Mixing Equipment, Packaging Lines at Grandview, MO Facility

Sika Automotive announces it has commissioned mixing equipment and associated bulk packaging functions at its Grandview, Missouri manufacturing facility. The expanded capability allows for local manufacturing of industry-leading SikaPower adhesive products used in automotive vehicle assembly processes. The breadth of the SikaPower product portfolio includes crash durable, structural and e-coatable adhesives for body-in-white applications – particularly those with difficult to bond mixed-material applications, such as dissimilar metals or metal to composite. Sika also supplies products for antiflutter applications, and to the aftermarket vehicle repair segment.
