Flowcrete Canada has announced the opening of a new Warehouse and Distribution Center located just outside of Vancouver in Pitt Meadows, BC. This move is designed to meet the increasing demand for the company’s specialty resin flooring solutions and enable continued sales growth in the Western Canada region, having outgrown the previous facility. The New Facility: It is a 4,000 sq ft center Serves as a regional hub for the distribution of polymer flooring materials and specialty coatings Helps enable a broader product mix to be stocked The company’s investment into improving infrastructure and logistics in the region also sees a new hire to support the new facility, Byron Laus – Warehouse Supervisor. Byron has a wealth of experience in warehouse inventory management and is familiar with Flowcrete product having previously worked with several of Flowcrete Canada’s applicator partners in the BC area. Speaking of the new facility, Ben Smith Country Manager for Flowcrete Canada said. “I’m delighted that Flowcrete has chosen to invest in the Western Canada region. The new Warehouse & Distribution Centre will greatly improve the service we are able to offer our customer network, allowing us to ship product quickly and efficiently”. Flowcrete Americas’ Vice President, David McNeece cut the ribbon on the new Warehouse and Distribution Center, in which local coatings applicator customers were invited to tour the new facility.
