DISPERMAT AE dissolvers
The new DISPERMAT AE dissolvers for laboratory, pilot plant and production are now available.
Electric height adjustment and integrated safety features are managed through the beautiful LCD control panel that provides access to the complete dispersion processes.
Process parameters as well as the recorded data can be stored and used again with the software WINDISP©.
• Large color display indications of speed, torque, power, product temperature, timer, peripheral speed and height of the dispersing tool;
• Repeatable dispersion method: constant speed or constant mechanical power input for optimum repeatability, temperature-based dispersing;
• Data recording of the process parameters with graphical indication allows for easy 1:1 upscale from lab to production.
The AE series is fully modular and the bayonet-style connector allows for seamless upgrade from a dissolver to a basket mill, rotor-stator, or vacuum system.
