FLUO 625F-H is a micronized polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) which has been developed for use in applications where texture, heat resistance, and lubricity are required. FLUO 625F-H has been micronized to allow for easy dispersion into paints and coatings. FLUO 625F-H can be pre-dispersed into a paste before adding to paints and coatings using high speed mixing equipment. The particle size is carefully controlled using laser particle size analysis equipment.
FLUO 625F-H is especially recommended for use in all types of industrial paints and coatings.
At temperatures above 600°F, some polymer fumes may be emitted due to oxidation of the fluorocarbon polymer. Therefore, smoking should not be permitted when working with this material.
