Cloverdale plans to run Fargo as a separate entity, maintaining its products, distribution and brands. Cloverdale will also continue to operate the Calgary manufacturing site. Dan Thomson, president and Larry Lozinski, vice president of operations and production at Fargo, will be responsible for day-to-day operations.
