REORGANIZATION AT
ELIOKEM, COLLONGE CEO
Eliokem has reorganized its commercial,
financial and operational activities.
All three departments will report
directly to the chief executive officer.
The company has also announced the
departure of Richard Levy, chief
operating officer. He will, however,
remain a director of the board of
Eliokem.
Jacques Collonge has been named
chief executive officer for Eliokem
Worldwide, chairman of the executive
committee and general manager of the
Shanghai office and trading organization.
During his 33 years with the company,
Collonge worked as president,
general manager of Goodyear Specialty
Chemicals and as general manager of
Goodyear Specialty Chemicals. He was
appointed president and chief executive
officer of Eliokem.
Richard Sanford has been appointed
commercial director in charge of the
global sales organization and distribution
network. He is also head of the
marketing department including new
business development, business management
and external communication.
Phillippe Carabin has been appointed
CFO. Carabin will take on overall
responsibility for supply chain management
and purchasing of equipment
and non-strategic raw materials.
Olivier Faussadier has been
appointed director of technology and
manufacturing. Faussadier will also
assume the legal position of general
manager Ningbo operations.
Patrick F. Loughlin has been named
vice president and general manger,
chemicals, Asia. Loughlin, who joined
the company in 1988, previously
served as commercial director, performance
products for the Asia region.
Elizabeth L. Klebe has been
appointed vice president, corporate
communications. In this position
Klebe is responsible for media, financial,
crisis, employee and marketing
