For decades, Covestro has been a leader in offering raw materials and services for protective coatings. Covestro is once again demonstrating its expertise in polyaspartic technology for protective coatings applications, this time in an educational webinar.
Todd Williams, Ph.D., manager, Corrosion Protection, Coatings, Adhesives & Specialties, Covestro LLC, will present “Polyaspartic Coatings Technology – Improving Productivity without Sacrificing Performance” 11 a.m. – noon (EST), Monday, October 17, 2016, as part of the SSPC Webinar Education Series.
“By reducing the number of layers and cure time, polyaspartics improve productivity and lower overall painting cost for end users,” said Williams. “For formulators, this translates into a substantial competitive advantage.”
During the webinar, Williams will review the basics of polyaspartic technology, and present laboratory performance data for both moderate (C3) and heavy-duty corrosive applications (C5). He will also discuss polyaspartic coatings formulations, third-party testing and present real-world case studies that validate the benefits of polyaspartic technology.
Participants will be eligible to receive credit from SSPC.
