Piotr Mikrut took seventh place in the Ranking of the Most Effective CEOs among managers managing companies from the sWIG80 stock exchange index. The adopted evaluation criteria focused on indicators important for shareholders recorded by listed companies last year. The list was prepared by the business magazine "MIT Sloan Management Review Polska.”
Mikrut has been the president of the Management Board of FFiL Śnieżka SA - the parent company of the Śnieżka Group - continuously since 2004, i.e. for 19 years. Under his leadership, the Śnieżka Group expanded the scope of its operations, carried out acquisitions on the Polish and Hungarian markets, and implemented the largest investment cycle in its history.
In 2022, despite the unstable economic situation, the Śnieżka Group recorded an increase in shares in all key markets, i.e. Poland, Hungary and Ukraine. In a demanding environment, the Group generated sales revenues of PLN 791.7 million ($200 million) and PLN 41.3 million of net profit.
Fabryka Farb i Lakierów Śnieżka SA itself, whose shares are listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, achieved PLN 510.9 million ($120 million) in revenues and PLN 23.6 million in net profit in 2022. Śnieżka consistently shares its profits with shareholders, paying dividends continuously for 20 years, i.e. since its stock exchange debut. The total of its dividends exceeded PLN 500 million, and the amount of the dividend for 2022 paid by the company was PLN 25.2 million (PLN 2.0 per share).

This year's ranking was prepared by the editors of the "MIT Sloan Management Review Polska" magazine, published by ICAN Institute. It includes presidents of companies whose shares are listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
