Chromaflo Technologies, one of the leading independent global suppliers of colorant systems, chemical and pigment dispersions recently appointed Jeramy Eckenrode to support the Coatings division by serving as a Technical Service Representative within the Americas region. In this role, Eckenrode will interface directly with customers, and build relationships by troubleshooting technical inquires. He will report to Jadel Baptista, who recently moved into the Technical Service Manager, Coatings position from his former role as Coatings Product Development Manager – Americas.
“Technical Service is a function that I see to be incredibly vital to an organization, most especially one like Chromaflo Technologies,” stated Eckenrode.
Baptista remarked further, “Every day customers present us with unique opportunities to solve problems. Fortunately, we have the tools and experience to quickly find the solution, and by doing so, add to our knowledge base. It is exciting to have someone on board that will certainly continue to expand and support that base.”
Eckenrode obtained his Bachelor of Engineering – Chemical (B.E.) from Youngstown State University’s Rayen School of Engineering and Technology; an ABET (Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology) accredited program. He also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (B.S.) from Youngstown State University in Political Science.
