Three Bond Co., Ltd. has been granted a patent for an aqueous coating composition comprised of the following components (A) and (B) as main components, wherein 35 to 80 parts by mass of water is contained based on 100 parts by mass of the total of components (A) and (B): Component (A): an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin emulsion; Component (B): two or more PTFE resin powders having different particle diameters, wherein the powders have a predetermined particle diameter range, wherein component (B) includes (b-1) a PTFE resin powder having an average particle diameter of 2 to 20 μm and (b-2) a PTFE resin powder having an average particle diameter of 20 to 100 μm, and wherein a mass ratio (b-1):(b-2) of (b-1) and (b-2) in component (B) is 5 to 35: 95 to 65.
