Intermediate Bulk Container
l Meese Orbiton Dunne Co., Saddle Brook, NJ, has unveiled an OTP-all-plastic intermediate bulk container. This new design features a one-piece, rugged plastic base for the safe shipping and storage of heavy weight products with specific gravity ratings up to 1.6, such as adhesives, paint and coatings. The container is supported by reinforcing ribs that resist bulging and ensure structural integrity without steel frames or cages, according to the company. The container accommodates four-way lift access, stacks two high when full and three high when empty. Available in 275- and 330-gallon capacities, the container includes a lever lock ring and two inch PVC ball valve discharge as standard. Polypropylene and stainless steel valves and complete FDA compliance packages are available, according to the company.
