Kansai Paint Co. has been awarded a patent for a thermosetting organic solvent paint. The paint is comprised of a compound having at least two alicyclic epoxy groups in one molecular and having a number average molecular weight of less than 2000; a secondary amino group-containing compound which has a hydroxyl group; and a thermolatent cationically polymerizable catalyst.
