for a wood preservative composition,
giving uniform distribution and penetration
into wood with minimal leaching
and improved weather resistance; and
as a penetration-enhancing agent,
amine oxide, applied before, with or
after wood preservative(s). Application
methods are claimed. Quaternary
ammonium or amine (salts) may be
used as wood preservative.
