California Gov.
Arnold Schwarzenegger
has appointed
Sandra (Sandy)
Berg, president and
CEO of the Ellis
Paint Company and
member of the
National Paint and
Coatings Association’s
(NPCA) board of directors, to the
California Air Resources Board (CARB).
Berg has worked for Los Angeles-based
Ellis Paint Company and Pacific
Resources Recovery Services, a hazardous
waste management company,
since 1977.
