a patent for an inorganic filmforming
coating composition prepared
by adding a basic compound to
a titanium-containing water-based
solution obtained by reacting hydrogen
peroxide water with at least one
titanium compound selected from the
group consisting of a hydrolizable
titanium compound, a low condensation
product of the hydrolizable titanium
compound, titanium hydroxide
and a low condensation product of
the titanium hydroxide.
