Cognis Corporation has been granted a patent for imparting room temperature stability and improved flow properties to a powder coating. The method comprises contacting a polymer consisting essentially of a copolymer having a pendant functionality capable of reacting with a dicarboxylic acid and a flow-controlling in an effective amount of a saturated dicarboxylic acid having from 15 to 18 carbon atoms.
