Rohm and Haas Company has obtained a patent for a cured powder coating composition. It is comprised of the reaction product of an acid-functional polyester thermoset resin and a matting agent selected from styrene-maleic anhydride copolymers having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of at least 45° C and up to 110° C and an acid number of at least 110 mg KOH/g and up to 210 mg KOH/g.
