COGNIS NAMES ALLEN VP
OF FUNCTIONAL PRODUCTS
Paul Allen, member of Cognis’ executive
committee and previously
head of
Cognis’ nutrition
and health strategic
business unit,
took over as group
vice president of
Functional Products.
Allen
replaced Guido
Willems, who will
leave the company at the end of the
year. In his new position, Allen will seek
to further develop Functional Products’
market position, and to enhance its reputation
for creating innovative, customized
formulations for customers in a
range of industries including coatings,
inks and polymers.
