Pexa, the specialist supplier of surface finishing products to the aerospace industry has commissioned its first paint production capability at its site near Marseille. Through its partnership with Akzo Nobel Aerospace Coatings (ANAC), Pexa has installed a color mixing capability for Aerodur C21-100UVR.
This product is a high gloss, high durability exterior polyurethane topcoat approved by major aircraft designers such as Airbus, Pilatus and Saab. Pexa’s new capability means that customers in France can expect rapid delivery of any color in and quantity with minimum normal batch size of one liter.
