CEo, makes board changes
Ecology Coatings Inc., a manufacturer of nanotechnology-enabled UV curable coatings, has appointed Robert G. Crockett chief technology officer. Crockett replaces Richard D. Stromback, who will remain chairman of the board. Prior to joining Ecology Coatings, Crockett held the position of president, exterior painted products business and vice president of sales for Michigan-based Plastech Engineered Products. He also served as vice president of sales for the Becker Group Inc. and director of program management for Textron Automotive.
The company also announced that David W. Morgan, the company’s chief financial officer and its chief operating officer and president, F. Thomas Krotine have resigned from the board of directors. J.B Smith, managing partner of Equity 11, Ltd. and Rocco DelMonaco, Jr., vice president of University Safety, Georgetown University have been named to the company’s board of directors.
