Ltd. has been granted a patent for a dispersion comprised of a thermoplastic cellulose polymer or a derivative thereof, a phthalate ester of a C1-C6 alkylated aromatic alcohol, an alkaline earth metal salt of a C9-C20 aliphatic fatty acid, a surfactant, a C1-C4 alkyl methacrylate polymer and a solvent, wherein the dispersion adheres to a substrate selected from the group consisting of a plastic, a metal and a composite when applied to the substrate as part of a primer.
