Arkema is participating in the ABRAFATI SHOW, one of the most important events in the Latin American paints and coatings industry. Taking place from Sept. 23–25 at São Paulo Expo in São Paulo, the trade fair highlights innovations, trends, and technological advancements in raw material production for the coatings industry.
With a broad portfolio of materials focused on innovation and versatility, Arkema is a leading supplier of high-performance resins and specialty additives, including waterborne, UV-LED-EB, and polyester powder solutions. Arkema will showcase sustainable solutions designed to reduce carbon emissions, improve energy efficiency, and make living spaces cooler and more circular.
Among the highlights are Arkema’s Encor line, based on high-performance acrylic emulsions for decorative paints, which delivers excellent resistance and durability, and Kynar®, a polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) copolymer resin. Both technologies contribute to cool roof coatings, enabling improved indoor thermal comfort and reduced air conditioning consumption in buildings.
Arkema will also present its Rheotech and Rheocoat ranges – rheology modifiers designed to control viscosity and flow in paints and coatings, with a focus on stability, gloss, application, and energy efficiency.
Additionally, Sartomer materials, known for their outstanding durability, weather resistance, and adhesion properties, will be featured.
