Arkema is showcasing one of the coating industry’s broadest technology and business offerings at ABRAFATI 2015, October 13-15, 2015, Stand #93. The company will display products spanning every aspect of coating formulation, including technologies previously unavailable in the region. “The coating market in South America is currently among the fastest growing, in terms of both demand and technology, in the world,” Carlos Lion, Marketing and Commercial Manager, Arkema Coating Resins Brazil, explained. “In 2015, Arkema has grown to better meet that demand, offering new production and products in the region.” In April, Arkema announced the opening of a new acrylic resin reactor at the company’s manufacturing facility in Araçariguama, Brazil. The new facility has increased Arkema production and product availability in South America by 60 percent.
