Axalta Coating Systems, a leading global manufacturer of liquid and powder coatings, has announced that TenPoint Complete has concluded an electronic interface with ProfitNetTM Collision Shop Management System (CSMS) for Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) services. ProfitNet is a software program designed to measure and manage all aspects of the collision repair business. The program provides collision shop owners with access to information that they may need to help make decisions regarding the productivity and profitability of their business. The new ProfitNet CSMS interface, an electronic export feature, can save collision repair shops hours of manual data transfer that is often done via fax or email. With it, key information needed for CSI services that adheres to the Collision Industry Electronic Commerce Association (CIECA) standards can be transferred seamlessly. “TenPoint Complete is widely used by Axalta’s customers and various OEM networks managed using Axalta OEM Network services,” stated Tom McGarry, Axalta’s North American Information Technology Services Manager. “This latest interface with TenPoint Complete is another huge step to providing cutting-edge technology to our customers through our ProfitNet Collision Shop Management System. Axalta is dedicated to enhancing the ProfitNet system with the latest technology to lower shops’ administrative costs by providing a management solution that is affordable, easy to use and able to communicate with all industry software partners including CSI services, dealership-management software, paint software, parts procurement software, auto rental services and accounting software.” “Our partnership with Axalta demonstrates the ability to positively impact multiple stakeholders with technology solutions.
